Oat Flour Pancakes with Berries
Ingredients (1 serving):
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or a mix)
- Wild blueberry syrup (sugar-free) for serving
Instructions:
- Stir ingredients to get rid of large lumps. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
- Preheat the griddle over medium-high heat. Scoop pancakes onto a preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
- Serve the pancakes warm with fresh berries and wild blueberry syrup.
